Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Keystone Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Columbus with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
