Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Orlando design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
