Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Basin Energy is an energy provider in Boston focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
