Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood West Care Services Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 913 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
