Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
