Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Union Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
