Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Bright Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
