Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Hartford area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 440 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
