Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Wichita region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
