Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
