Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Orchard Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
