Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Cedar Civic Services Partners is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
