Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Union Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Reno. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
