Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Bright Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit.
