Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance Associates is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
