Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Cross Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
