Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Rook Construction and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
