Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
