Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Telecom is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
