Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lantern Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
