Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
