Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Financial Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
