Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Lantern Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Atlanta, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
