Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Clear Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Hartford, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
