Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
