Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Fern Transit Planning helps transport agencies around San Jose design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
