Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Fox Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Wichita. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
