Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in Fresno with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
