Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with premium billing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
