Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Energy is an energy provider in Minneapolis focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
