Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Harbor Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around El Paso. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
