Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Summit Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in St. Louis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
