Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Redstone Willow Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
