Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Sable Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
