Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Willow Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 238 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
