Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 881 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
