Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Ivory Civic Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with case files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
