Harborlight Sable Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Jacksonville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
