Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Vale Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for meter reading. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
