Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
