Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Group is an insurance company in Tulsa with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
