Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield Union Health runs clinics and patient services around Columbus. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 906 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
