Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Honolulu. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
