Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Nova Vale Financial Group serves customers across Boston with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
