Foxglove Bright Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
