Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Oak Telecom Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
