Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Mill Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Tulsa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
