Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Nest Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
