Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Keystone Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client sites. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
