Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Nashville working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
